Welcoming Professionals

We welcome applications from qualified workers and professionals looking for job opportunities in Finland.

As a skilled worker or professional you could get one of highest-paying jobs in Finland. If you are confident with your qualification and English/Finnish getting a job in Finland will give you a brilliant starting point to your new life.

And we are not only talking about under 25s. We welcome good specialists who have had a successful career in their own country. We will assist in finding a professional job before you move to Finland.

If you want a professional or well-paid job then you’ll need to speak good English (and having Finnish as a second language also gives you an advantage).

If your English needs improving, consider taking a course run by a language school.

HOW WE CAN HELP?

It is common that good specialists who used to have a successful career in their own country are not able to find a professional job in Finland. And it is not due to the lack of knowledge. Unfamiliar company names and job roles will often make an employee uncertain.

We facilitate this process talking to employers in Finland and knowing exactly their needs. Sometimes a better career needs additional skills or learning better English or Finnish. Professional training in Finland and language courses will help the situation.

To work in Finland you will have to get work and residence permit. On the whole, it's not an easy process for someone who never tried it before. We provide support to employee in a variety of ways helping to prepare all pertinent documents and successfully get through the whole application process.

HResources is acting on behalf of Employer facilitating and supporting application process for both Employer and Employee.

Searching for a job using a recruitment agency might be an option. You can find the recruitment agency which fits your needs but it usually does not provide the whole range of services needed to succeed in finding your best job.

We will also assist you in finding a comfortable and convenient place of accommodation in Finland wherever is your future job place.
